NABARD-RIDF Watershed Programme (Seraikela-Kharsawan - 01)
This project operates across 28 villages in the Ichagarh Block to recharge groundwater levels, conserve soil and water, and provide livelihood support and environmental training. It is funded by NABARD-RIDF, the Jharkhand State Watershed Mission, and the Rural Development Department.
Jharkhand Jalchhajan Yojna (JJY)
Covering 22 villages in Kuchai Block, the programme focused on water conservation and livelihood development. Four large Amrit Sarowars were constructed, alongside Loose Boulder Structures, field bunding, and stone gully plugs for soil and water conservation. Livelihood support included the distribution of 600 ducklings, 95 pigs, and 100 goats, enabling rural households to establish sustainable income-generating activities.
Jal Jivika Kisan Producer Company Limited (FPO)
Established in 2022 with NABARD support, the FPO operates across four clusters and has mobilized 551 farmer shareholders. It provides agricultural inputs, government scheme facilitation, livestock supplies, and marketing support. The FPO achieved an annual trading turnover of approximately ₹30 lakh, demonstrating growing farmer-led commercial activity.
Arogya Jharkhand Vaccination Campaign
Implemented with the PHIA Foundation through the Arogya Jharkhand Civil Society Network, the campaign focused on achieving 100% vaccination coverage and strengthening public health awareness across difficult-to-reach areas of the Kolhan region, covering blocks in West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, and Seraikela-Kharsawan.
Integrated Agricultural Training Units
The organization has developed integrated livelihood and training facilities including a modern plant nursery, poultry and duckery training hub, and sustainable farming land bank. These facilities provide practical training to farmers and SHG members while generating institutional income through the sale of saplings, eggs, meat, and livestock.
Sustainable Agriculture & Self-Reliance
Year-round cultivation of vegetables and paddy, including SRI methods, supports both farmer learning and organizational food requirements. The produce meets the organization's internal mess needs, significantly reducing dependence on external market purchases.
