Farmers are earning by duck farming in villages. It is a profitable business and a good source of income. It costs around Rs.60 to 80 per duckling and after few months it grows to a duck and costs around Rs.500.
With Sahayogi Mahila, another 4 days of free labor (Shramdan) done by villagers of Barubera started on 22nd February 2021 at Barubera village of Bandu Panchayat in the same Rainwater Harvesting Program. After this Shramdan, they will get employment for the rest of the working days in the same project.
To encourage them, We have to be with them.Watershed Program at Kesargadia village. People of these villages are examples of dedication to ground-level water issues.
