Example of Women Empowerment

01 Day income based training program was organized for the SHG members of SAHAYOGI MAHILA. DDM from NABARD interacted with the women and proposed for bank loans to start some income based activities. This will help SHG women to grow financially strong.

Sahayogi Mahila is doing an awareness campaign for 100% covid vaccination with Phia Foundation. Their goal is 100% vaccination so that we can start our normal lives again.

On August 27, 2022, an inter-school Basketball Tournament was organised by Hashtag Institute, Chirag Shree Foundation and The Green Zone Jawan in St. Xavier’s English School, Chaibasa. The aim of the organisers were to aware people about the climate changes, plastic pollution and environmental degradation.

Here are a few demonstrations of solar lights made by our WSHG’s women, who took part in the solar light making training. These lights can perform as a CFL bulb and also night bulb and can be charged by direct sunlight and mobile charger USB 2.0 also.

State level loan distribution and awareness program was organized by Sahayogi mahila at Bagraisai, Rajnagar of Saraikela District, NABARD CGM Mr. Vinod kumar Visht, SBI Chief General Manager Mr. Mihir Mishra, Jharkhand Gramin Bank chairman Mr.Piyush Bhatt were present in this program and the amount of 20.30 crore was distributed among 1015 J.L.G(Joint Liability Group).
